What we look for in an applicant

At Team Contract Services we are offering a career not a job. We require officers who don't just want to do the minimum, we want officers who will get involved with the client and the clients staff. All our officers have to be excellent communicators both written and verbal. We are looking for officers with confidence, our officers are happy to converse will all the staff in our clients premises from the director to the newest recruit. Dressed in our TCS uniform you not only represent us but our clients as well, so only the highest standards in dress and grooming will be acceptable.

You will already be trained to industry standards but where required or desired we will train you in additional skills such as First Aid and Health and Safety. As an integral part of the site security you will be expected to take control in an emergency such as a fire or bomb threat together with dealing with the emergency services who arrive.
