Alarm response services
All communications are routed via our centrally operated control centre, in Glasgow, which is permanently manned. You will be allocated a designated Security Team for reporting, ensuring straightforward yet excellent service delivery.
Security alarm response time
Our aim is to be at your premises within 20 minutes. On arrival, our alarm response team will conduct a security check of the property, reset the alarm, or wait on site for an engineer if required. Our SIA licensed security personnel can also arrange the callout of emergency contractors should urgent repair work be required.
