About Team Contract Services
Team Contract Services is a privately owned company providing Security & Cleaning Services throughout Central Scotland. The company history dates back to 1980 and was subject to a Management Buy-Out in September 2001.
Our Company's objective is to provide a high quality service, which does not require any input of your valuable management time to administer.

SAFEcontractor Accredited
On the 10th June 2008 Team Contract Services (SCO) Ltd received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practise amongst UK contractors.
SAFEcontractor is operated by international safety, health and environmental risk management specialists, the National Britannia Group. The system is applicable to most sectors although it is particularly relevant to food manufacture, property, facilities management, retail and leisure sectors, all of which are big users of contract services.
Under the SAFEcontractor system, businesses undergo a vetting process, which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practise.
Darran Hughes, Operations Director for SAFEcontractor at National Britannia said, "Major organisations can no longer run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies."
SAFEcontractor accreditation is expected to enhance the companys ability to attract new contracts and its commitment to safety will be viewed in a positive manner.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control and the importance of adequate supervision cannot be over emphasised and is the responsibility of the Directors and Managers of the company.
Croner Consulting have been appointed as our Employment Law and Health & Safety Consultants to assist us in promoting a secure and safe working environment and to achieve the highest standards in all aspects.
Public & Employers Liability Insurance is held with Camberford Law plc. The Employers Liability is £10,000,000 and the Public Liability is limited to a basic cover of £1,000,000 for any one occurrence. References available upon request
